Well, the same person who reported the player passwords being displayed on the web site, also took advantage of the situation. Of course, I didn’t realize this until another player saw the activity and reported it. This of course, after the person lied to me and told me they were trusty worthy and would never save or use that information. I of course believed them and rewarded said individual with an MK-303 shoulder-mounted cannon for being so honest and reporting the problem.
To rectify this problem, all passwords have been reset. You must now e-mail from your a real account (not some made up Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail, AOL address) and request your characters temporary password, which you will then have to reset. The e-mail address you provide, will be linked with your account and will be required for all future communications regarding said account.
